Terms of Service
These terms cover use of this site and the consulting described on it. They are short on purpose and say the same thing to everyone, including the parts that limit what you can expect.
1What you are agreeing to
By using solutions4sf.com or engaging the services described on it, you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use the site.
The site is operated by Serhii Skrypnyk, a sole trader registered in Ukraine as an individual entrepreneur, providing RevOps consulting on the Salesforce platform.
2What is offered, and at what price
Prices are published rather than quoted on request. The current list is on the pricing page and in the estimators, and it is the same list for everyone:
- Data readiness check, €500. Three days, read only, credited in full against any engagement booked within sixty days.
- Repair of a specific fault, from €3,000. Six published faults, each with its own price.
- Implementation or migration, from €9,000. A base package with every addition itemised.
- Multi-cloud architecture, from €25,000. Scoped individually.
Figures produced by the estimators on this site are estimates, not offers. The binding figure is the one in a signed scope document. Once that is signed the price cannot move upward: work discovered afterwards becomes a separate decision with its own price, which you are free to decline.
3How an engagement runs
- First contact. Through the form on this site or by email. There is no charge and no obligation, however long it takes.
- Scope. A written document setting out deliverables, sequence, timeline and price, for your approval.
- Start. Work begins once the scope is signed and any deposit is received.
- Delivery. Sandbox first, with a demonstration each week and a change log kept as the work happens.
- Handover. Documentation, training, and sixty days of support after handover, all included in the price.
4Payment
- Terms are set out in each scope document.
- The usual structure is half before work begins and half on completion. Paying half up front earns seven percent off the total and reserves a start date.
- A deposit buys a written scope within five working days. If that scope and your expectation do not meet, the deposit is returned in full with nothing further owed.
- Invoices are due within fourteen days of receipt.
- Late payment may pause work.
- Prices are in euro, because the receiving account is in euro and nothing is converted on arrival.
5Who owns what
5.1 What stays mine
The "Architecture of Independence" framework, the methodology, templates, training material and the content of this site including the estimators. None of it may be reproduced or commercially exploited without written permission.
5.2 What is yours
Your data, your processes, and any configuration or code built specifically for you. After full payment you own the deliverables outright.
5.3 What is reusable
Generic frameworks and components that are not specific to your business remain mine and may be used elsewhere.
6Confidentiality
Everything you share is treated as confidential. Your business information is not disclosed to third parties, your data is not used outside the engagement, and you are not referenced publicly without written consent. A mutual non-disclosure agreement can be signed before discovery on larger engagements.
7What is promised, and what is not
7.1 Promised
- Work that meets the specification in the signed scope
- Reasonable professional skill and care
- Adherence to Salesforce platform practice
- Support after handover as defined in the scope
7.2 Not promised
- A specific revenue outcome, which depends on far more than the system
- The performance or availability of Salesforce or any third party platform
- Compatibility with platform changes made after handover
7.3 Limit of liability
Total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. There is no liability for indirect damage, lost profit or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything that cannot be limited by law.
8Cancellation
- The readiness check. Refundable in full before work starts.
- A deposit. Returned in full if the written scope and your expectation do not meet.
- An implementation. Cancellable on fourteen days written notice. You pay for work completed plus reasonable wind-down.
- The first call. Free, and reschedulable.
9Using the site
You agree not to scrape the site beyond ordinary search engine indexing, reverse engineer the estimators, use the site for anything unlawful, submit false or harmful information through the form, or attempt unauthorised access.
10Third parties this site relies on
Hosting, delivery, the customer record created by the form and, if you allow analytics, the analytics themselves, are provided by the companies listed in the privacy policy. Their availability and performance are outside my control.
11Data protection
How your data is handled is set out in the privacy policy. Where personal data is processed on your behalf during an engagement, the Data Processing Addendum applies and is incorporated into every engagement agreement.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, where the business is registered, without regard to conflict of law rules. For clients in the EU, the UK or the United States, jurisdiction may be set in the individual scope document. Disputes are to be attempted in good faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
13Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top reflects the last change. For an active engagement, the version accepted when the scope was signed applies for the duration of that engagement.
14Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues in full effect.
