California Privacy Notice (CCPA/CPRA)

This California Consumer Privacy Notice ("Notice") applies to natural persons who reside in California ("Consumers" or "you") and whose personal information is collected by Solutions4sf, operated by Serhii Skrypnyk (sole proprietor).

This Notice describes:

• How to exercise those rights.

4. We Do Not Sell or Share Your Personal Information

We disclose personal information only to:

• Service providers (sub-processors) who help us operate our services, under written contracts that prohibit them from using your data for their own purposes;
• Legal authorities when required by valid legal process (court order, subpoena, etc.);
• Buyers in the event of a business transition (merger, acquisition, sale of assets) — though Solutions4sf is currently a sole proprietorship.

5.1 Right to Know

You have the right to request that we disclose:

• The categories of sources from which we collected it;
• The business purpose for collecting it;
• The categories of third parties to whom we have disclosed it;
• The specific pieces of personal information we have collected.

5.2 Right to Delete

You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., where we need to retain data to complete a transaction, comply with legal obligations, or detect security incidents).

5.3 Right to Correct

You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.

5.4 Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information

You have the right to limit our use of sensitive personal information. Note: We do not collect sensitive personal information, so this right does not currently apply to our processing.

5.5 Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing

You have the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Note: We do not sell or share personal information, so this right does not currently apply.

5.6 Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights. We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised your rights.

5.7 Right to Authorized Agent

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require verification of the agent's authority and your identity.

Please include in your request:

• The specific right you wish to exercise (Know / Delete / Correct);
• Sufficient information for us to verify your identity (we may request additional information);
• A clear description of what you want from us.

Response time: We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days. If we need an extension, we will notify you.

Verification: To protect your privacy, we will need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We may ask for matching information (e.g., the email address associated with your inquiry, the company name from your booking).

No charge: Exercising your rights is free, unless requests are excessive or repetitive.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy:

• Inquiry/booking data: Up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted unless you become a client.
• Client engagement records: 7 years after engagement ends (Ukrainian tax law and professional liability).
• Website analytics (with consent): Per our cookie banner — typically 14 months.
• Email communication: 24 months unless you request deletion.

8. Children Under 16

We do not knowingly collect personal information from California residents under 16 years of age. We do not sell or share information from anyone under 16. If you are under 16 and believe we have collected information about you, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Changes to This Notice

We may update this Notice from time to time. The latest version is always available at solutions4sf.com/ccpa. Material changes will be communicated via this page.
