Pardot · Consulting

Pardot consulting with the price on the page.
One certified consultant, fixed scopes.

Pardot consulting here is Account Engagement work done by one certified consultant, in scoped jobs. Every price is published: €650 for a one day read only check of the Salesforce data Pardot feeds, €2,600 to repair sync, €2,925 to rebuild scoring and grading, €7,800 to move to Marketing Cloud Next, and support from €520 a month. Each price is fixed against a written scope before work starts. For B2B teams already paying for Account Engagement, from the first Salesforce user to about 300 seats.

Proof you can check: Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Consultant since September 2024, listed on Trailblazer, and a reporting rollout across client orgs cut from eight hours to forty minutes. Updated 27 October 2026. Whether Pardot is being discontinued is answered on Pardot in 2026; whether a first implementation still makes sense, on Pardot implementation in 2026.

What you can hire

What does a Pardot consultant actually do?

A Pardot consultant fixes or builds the parts of Account Engagement that decide whether marketing leads reach sales. That means the Salesforce connector and sync, forms and handlers, scoring and grading, Engagement Studio programs, attribution back from won deals, and the move to Marketing Cloud Next. Here each of those is a scoped job with a published price.

01

Measure before anybody quotes

One working day against your own exports, read only, delivered within three. It measures the Salesforce side that Pardot writes into: pipeline, duplicate accounts, logged activity and lead source. The fee is credited in full against work booked within sixty days.

Prefer to look yourself first: the 27 checks of a Pardot audit, free.

02

Repair sync between Pardot and Salesforce

Prospects that never arrive in Salesforce, usually because a sync error queue nobody watches is holding them. Forty hours, about two weeks, fixed on a written scope, with monitoring so the queue is seen next time.

€2,60040 hours
03

Rebuild scoring and grading

Interest and fit kept apart, negative scoring and decay, and the threshold tested against your own closed deals and signed by sales. Forty five hours, about two weeks. Documentation and sixty days of support after handover are in the price.

04

Implement licences you already own

Connector and field map, capture, scoring, nurture, attribution and a named owner. There is no single published figure, because the build is fixed against a written scope after the measurement. When an implementation is the wrong project is written up separately.

05

Move to Marketing Cloud Next

One hundred and twenty hours at the base shape, with additions itemised: prospect volume, active programs, forms and landing pages, scoring rebuild, parallel run and integrations. The estimator on that page prices your own shape.

€7,800120 hours
06

Keep it working afterwards

Eight, sixteen or thirty two hours a month, with a written scope, a minimum term of three months and an end date in the agreement. No ticket queue and no service level agreement.

The Salesforce licence is a separate line, from €1,250 a month per org for the smallest edition: Pardot pricing in 2026.

The engagement

How does a Pardot consulting engagement run?

It starts with a measurement, not a call. Then a written scope names what is included, what is not, and the fixed price. The work happens in your own org and is documented as it goes. Each piece is proved on live records before handover, and a named owner on your side takes it over.

01

Measure what is there

The €650 check, or your own run of the 27 audit checks. Either way the scope is written from what your org shows, not from what a discovery call guessed.

FirstRead only
02

A written scope with one price

What is in, what is out, and the fixed figure against it. If I misjudge how long something takes, the figure does not change.

FixedBefore work starts
03

The work, inside your own org

Configuration, field maps and decisions written down as the work happens, under your licence, so nothing depends on me staying available.

YoursDocumented as built
04

Proved on live records

Every form and handler submitted once for real and the prospect found in Salesforce afterwards. A scoring model run against your historical opportunities before anyone relies on it.

05

Handover to a named owner

Sixty days of support come with every build. After that, a support plan with an end date, or nothing at all.

Before you hire anyone, including me

How do you choose a Pardot consultant?

Ask for evidence you can check rather than a portfolio you cannot. A consultant worth hiring names the certification and where to verify it, says what they would measure before quoting, tells you which problems are repairs rather than rebuilds, and puts a fixed price against a written scope. Vague answers to those are the answer.

01

Which Account Engagement certification do you hold, and where can I see it?

Salesforce certifications show on a public Trailblazer profile, so a good answer is a link, not a logo on a slide. Mine: Specialist since April 2024, Consultant since September 2024.

Good answerA link you can open
02

What would you measure before giving us a price?

A price given on the first call is a guess about your org. A good answer names what will be looked at, such as the sync error queue, the scoring rules and lead source, and how long that takes.

Good answerMeasure, then quote
03

Is this a repair or a rebuild, and why?

The prospect engagement history is the one asset that cannot be bought back. A consultant who proposes starting again should explain what is wrong with the structure, not only that it looks messy.

Good answerA reason, not a preference
04

Can the price move once we sign?

A day rate with an estimate moves. A fixed price against a written scope does not. Ask which one you are being offered, in writing.

Good answerFixed, in writing
05

What is left in our org when you stop?

Documentation, a field map and a named owner on your side. If the honest answer is that you would need to keep paying them to understand your own setup, that is the cost to compare.

Good answerNothing depends on them
06

When would you tell us to hire somebody else?

A consultant with no answer to this will take any work. Mine: above roughly 300 seats, or where procurement requires a partner tier on the invoice, a partner fits better. Above thirty two hours a month, employing an administrator starts to win. HubSpot and Marketo builds go to somebody else.

Good answerA real limit

Who does the work

One person, and two results from Pardot orgs.

Serhii Skrypnyk, Senior Salesforce Administrator, on Pardot since 2023. The same person scopes the job, does it, and answers the email afterwards. Clients are not named here.

→

Reporting across client orgs, from eight hours to forty minutes

Several client orgs had each been set up by hand, so moving reports and fields between them took over eight hours every time. Rebuilt to be repeated, the same rollout takes about forty minutes. Delivery went from one client per ten hours to ten or more in the same window.

Written up on Pardot implementation in 2026.

→

A client who had decided to drop Pardot, and kept it

The decision to leave had already been made. Once the setup underneath was repaired, the client stayed on Pardot rather than paying for a move to another platform.

Questions

Asked often enough to answer here.

Q

How much does Pardot consulting cost?

Each job has its own fixed price, published with its hours. A one day check is €650 and a 40 hour sync repair €2,600. A 45 hour scoring and grading rebuild is €2,925, a 120 hour move to Marketing Cloud Next €7,800, and support starts at €520 a month for 8 hours.

Short answerFrom €650, each price fixed
Q

Can we hire a Pardot consultant by the hour?

Not here. Work is sold as fixed scopes or as a monthly plan of 8, 16 or 32 hours with an end date. A small question described in three lines by email is often answered without an engagement at all.

Short answerFixed scopes or a monthly plan
Q

Should we hire a solo Pardot consultant or a Salesforce partner?

A solo consultant means you pay for the person doing the work, with no delivery manager or partner margin on top. A partner is the better answer above roughly 300 seats, or when procurement requires a partner tier on the invoice.

Short answerDepends on size and procurement
Q

Do you take on a Pardot org somebody else set up?

Yes, and it is the more common case. It starts with reading what is there, because changing a setup nobody has described is how small changes become outages. That is what the €650 check is for.

Short answerYes, after measuring it

One next step

Measure it before anyone quotes you.

One working day against your exports, read only, delivered within three, and credited in full against any work booked within sixty days. If nothing needs fixing, the document says so.
